Purpose:
Stack four pieces of 0.2mm tabs (nickel-plated aluminum or copper tabs) together and weld them to the aluminum or copper poles to achieve a smooth weld.

Summary:
After using the clamp, the welding effect is relatively good.
This welding is performed separately, one weld seam at a time.
Through testing, it can be found that the biggest factor affecting the welding effect is whether the tabs are pressed tightly.
The welding effect after compression is significantly better than that without compression.
At the same time, it also explains that when laser welding any material, it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the materials needs to be within a suitable range. Too large or too small will affect the welding effect, especially for deep penetration welding. Too small a gap will cause cracks during welding. The gas cannot be discharged in time, resulting in pores. If the size is too large, the welding penetration will affect the quality of the process.
