1. Summary
1. 2. Equipment functions
1. Automatic hot and cold pressing: The equipment automatically places the electric suction on the hot pressing platform through the manipulator, and automatically hot presses (temperature and pressure can be set). After hot pressing, the manipulator suctions to the cold platform, performs cold pressing, and conducts short circuit testing at the same time (The cold pressing platform is cooled by water circulation).
2. Battery core wrapping: 5 or N battery cores are stacked together, stacked neatly, and bundled under a certain pressure. The bundling methods include: full circle bundling, U-shaped wrapping at both ends, or three times of tape at intervals throughout the circle. , U-shaped bandaging on both ends.
3. Automatic tab cutting: Automatically shape the bundled battery tabs and cut them to a fixed length. Automatic waste collection.
4. Automatic shell insertion: The equipment automatically positions the cleaned aluminum shell or steel shell, and the robot automatically clamps the battery and automatically inserts the battery into the shell.
5. Automatically install insulation sheets: The vibration plate vibrates to load materials, automatically locates the insulation sheets, and automatically installs the insulation sheets.
6. Automatic welding pole: automatic positioning of the battery and automatic welding by ultrasonic welding machine.
7. Automatic bending and capping: the battery is automatically positioned, the device automatically folds the tabs, and caps automatically.
8. Automatic laser welding: The robot automatically positions the battery, and the battery automatically rotates 90 degrees. The servo motor drives the laser welding head to move at a constant speed to weld all sides.
